Board of Directors

André Kennebrew joined Water Mission’s Board of Directors in 2021, bringing more than 30 years of experience in executive leadership and talent development. He previously consulted for the ministry, facilitating leadership training, mentoring, and executive searches.

Mr. Kennebrew  currently serves as the Director of Relationships with Lifeshape International. His  professional experience includes 15 years recruiting and selecting top talent for Chick-fil-A and guiding Chick-fil-A’s Staff Selection and Leadership Development Program for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A in 2006, he served for four years as the administrative pastor at Mount Moriah Church in Tucker, Georgia.
